Nina Nguyen
Nina Nguyen is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience in the sector, having held a variety of roles from program staff to executive director. Since 2009, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing the missions of nonprofit organizations and driving social change. Passionate about uplifting the voices of members within historically marginalized communities, Nina has dedicated her career to advocating for equity, access, and empowerment.
As the Search Director and Recruiter for Nonprofit Professionals Now, she supports organizations in growing their capacity by identifying and placing the right people in key positions. In this role, she works closely with nonprofits to ensure that they have the talent and leadership needed to drive their missions forward and achieve meaningful impact.
In addition to her current position, Nina has returned to serve on the board of the People’s Nonprofit Accelerator, where she contributes her expertise in nonprofit capacity building and strategic growth. She holds several prestigious certifications, including the AIRS Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter, AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter, AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification, Executive Leadership Certification through the People’s Nonprofit Accelerator, and Nonprofit Fundraising Certificate through the People’s Nonprofit Accelerator, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ongoing development.
