Our Founder and CEO, Agnes Zach, has over 30 years of experience in operational and strategic leadership within nonprofit organizations, governmental affairs, and financial services. She is a skilled instructor on the subject of boards and board engagement and a true people connector. Alongside her passion for nonprofit sustainability, she believes that with proper guidance and support, everyone can find success and love their work.
